Responsibilities
GENERAL SUMMARY
Under moderate supervision from peers and management, assists in research and fact-finding to perform analysis of various programs and application information that supports the core organizational functions within the Information Services Organization. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT programs and processes. Information Services programs and processes supported include the Problem Identification and Resolution (PI&R;), Financial Planning, Work Management, Cyber Security, Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and Sarbanes Oxley Compliance.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Requires a Bachelor''s degree in a business or technical field from an accredited college or university and five years of experience in business process or continuous improvement analysis; OR an Associate''s degree with seven years of experience in business process or continuous improvement analysis.
Other Information
Preferred candidate has at least one industry standard cyber security certification (e.g. CISSP, or similar). Candidate will be a member of the Cyber Security team at Energy Northwest. This team is responsible for the oversight activities associated with NRC 10 CFR 73.54 regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include identification and characterization of existing digital equipment, review and assessment of new digital components, procedure development, training development, and other program development activities as required for regulatory compliance.
Highly desirable for the candidate to have experience in the following areas: nuclear power plant, plant control system support, cyber security program development, 10CFR 73.54 compliance, cyber security certifications.
Salary Range: $74,664-$111,991
