Responsible for covering for absences of Head Cooks, Food Service Workers, Head Cook /Delivery Driver; or responsible to perform duties as assigned by the Food Services Coordinator, including special projects. Minimum requirements: High School Diploma or G.E.D. At least one year of experience in large-scale food production in a commercial or institutional setting with demonstrated knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures, inventory systems, and USDA or other food service documentation. Must have a valid WA State food handlers permit. Part-time 20-24 hrs/wk.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
