Job Responsibilities/Duties
- Issue 16938 ->This position is responsible for Project Control Engineering functions for the Production Operations Organization.
Function as a Project Cost Analyst and Scheduler. Responsibilities will include development and maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline schedule, Summarized Life Cycle Schedules (SLCS) and the Integrated Mission Execution Schedules (IMES). This position will also provide support in the development of the Work Breakdown Structure, work authorizations, performance measurement and analysis, funds management, spend forecasts, performance forecast, estimates to complete, cost control and earned value performance measurement including the Budgeted Cost for Work Scheduled (BCWS), Budgeted Cost for Work Performed (BCWP), Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP), and Schedule Variance (SV)/Cost Variance (CV); and associated reporting and information distribution internally and to DOE-ORP and stakeholders. This position will also review schedule data, and identify and acquire the information needed to complete work logics to interface between assigned disciplines or specialties and recommends appropriate actions and revisions. This position will also help plan when scope should be performed as well as develop the rules of performance (ROP) using detailed IMES activities, the ROP database and SLCS.- END Issue 16938 ->
Required Qualifications
- Issue 16938 ->BA/BS degree in Business or related field and 7 or more years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.- END Issue 16938 ->

- Certification: Pursuit of the CCC (Certified Cost Consultant),
- CCE (Certified Cost Engineer), ICC (Interim Cost Consultant),

- PMP (Project Management Professional)
