Position:
Rapidly expanding firm requires an additional Technical Recruiter responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical and professional positions. Positions include contract/temporary and permanent hire positions.
Requirements:
o 2
years of recruiting experience in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Power Industry.
o Must have experience with recruiting of technical and professional positions including: engineers, designers, project managers, project controls professionals etc.
o Must be able to network to find potential candidates.
o Extensive experience writing job postings for job boards and social media.
o Must be highly self-motivated and possess strong networking skills.
o Must be well organized and have skills in database management and record keeping.
The technical recruiter will be responsible to:
o Source, screen, interview, evaluate and present qualified candidates
o Network through contacts, memberships, groups and employees
o Review and understand technical job requirements
o Communicate with the client and the candidate
o Organize and prioritize positions
o Follow up with candidates
o Microsoft Office suite effectively
o Source for future job openings
o List job postings on job boards, social media and career web sites.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
